I’ll have to try these out but it looks like at least a few of them are not compliant to scd. Lemon (fruit) can’t be used and corn (grain) can’t be used and there are at least two obvious recipes here with these in the ingredients. But the others look tasty!

Thanks for your comment. Yes, there are a couple recipes that aren’t strict, however, the lemon and corn in the recipes I believe you are referring to are easily replaced or omitted. Additionally, lemon is known to promote weight loss, I believe Tim Ferriss 9the instigator of this particular diet0 even recommends it’s use occasionally. I believe it’s use to flavor water, or on salads (as it’s used here) is acceptable.
