Overlook Mountain 10/29/16 – 4.6 RT
A couple weekends ago Brody and I ventured down to the Catskills to catch the last of the fall foliage. We met up with our friend Alicia there around noon….
We are in the thick of it now guys. I’m talking about the thick of the fall cold season.
You know what I’m talking about. The kids are back to school and sharing germs, the weather has turned cold, and suddenly everyone is chugging orange juice like it’s their job, because we’ve all been told vitamin C is the answer….
So far in this series, we have learned a lot of basics on terms, tools, different knife cuts, simple cooking methods, and even a few simple recipes. At this point it’s fairly easy to branch out and try a few more complicated recipes, however, there’s one last thing to learn before you can really start, which is how to actually read a recipe.
