Summer is a busy time for us, made busier this year with our new little addition. It’s also very hot out, which means I’m not a fan of standing in front of the stove for a long time. For that reason, it seems like we are having way fewer dinner parties than I would like. In an effort to get-together with more people, a little more often, I’ve started really pairing down my menus to really simple dishes.
I think simple dishes with bold flavors are really what summer cooking is all about. So, I’ve decided to share with you some of my favorite summer dinner party menus.
