Meal Plan 9.13.15

This is a meal plan that is based on the meals that we eat on a regular basis in our own home. At the end of the week is the big day! We are getting married! In preparation for the big event this week’s meal plan is pretty strictly low carb, non-processed and no sugar. We have to be looking good right?

Monday – Asian Grilled Chicken Salad

Tuesday – Parchment Tilapia with grilled veggies

Wednesday – Loaded Greek Salad

Thursday – Sausage Tomato & Bean Stew

Friday – Southwest Meatball Skillet
